What is special equipment?
1. Special equipment is related to life safety, dangerous boilers, pressure vessels (including cylinders, the same below), pressure piping, elevators, lifting machinery, passenger ropeways, large-scale amusement rides and the field (plant) special motor vehicles.
2. Among them, boilers, pressure vessels (including gas cylinders), pressure piping for pressurized special equipment; elevators, cranes, passenger ropeways, large amusement rides for electromechanical special equipment. Pressure class special equipment:
1. Boiler, refers to the use of a variety of fuels, electricity or other energy sources, the contained liquid heated to a certain parameter, and through the external output medium in the form of the provision of heat energy equipment, the scope of which is specified as the design of the normal water level volume greater than or equal to 30L, and the rated steam pressure greater than or equal to 0.1MPa (gauge pressure) of the pressure-bearing Steam boiler; outlet water pressure greater than or equal to 0.1MPa (gauge pressure), and the rated power is greater than or equal to 0.1MW pressurized hot water boiler; rated power is greater than or equal to 0.1MW organic heat carrier boiler.
2. Pressure vessels, is to contain gases or liquids, bearing a certain pressure of the closed equipment, the scope of its maximum working pressure greater than or equal to 0.1MPa (gauge pressure) of gases, liquefied gases and the maximum working temperature is higher than or equal to the standard boiling point of liquids, the volume is greater than or equal to 30L and the internal diameter (non-circular cross-section refers to the maximum geometric dimensions of the inner boundary of the cross-section) greater than or equal to 150mm of fixed containers, or equal to 150mm. Or equal to 150mm of fixed containers and mobile containers; containing nominal working pressure greater than or equal to 0.2MPa (gauge pressure), and the product of pressure and volume is greater than or equal to 1.0MPa-L gases, liquefied gases and liquids with a standard boiling point of equal to or less than 60 ℃ gas cylinders; oxygen tanks.
3. Pressure piping, refers to the use of a certain pressure, for the delivery of gases or liquids tubular equipment, the scope of its maximum working pressure greater than or equal to 0.1MPa (gauge pressure), the medium for the gas, liquefied gases, steam or flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, the maximum operating temperature is higher than or equal to the standard boiling point of the liquid, and the nominal diameter is greater than or equal to Piping with a nominal diameter greater than or equal to 50mm. Nominal diameter of less than 150mm, and its maximum working pressure is less than 1.6MPa (gauge pressure) of non-toxic, non-flammable, non-corrosive gas pipeline and equipment, except for the pipeline body.
