Step 1: Billing amount of 1 million yuan and below (including 1 million yuan), the differential billing rate is 15‰.
Stage 2: billing amount of more than 1 million yuan to 10 million yuan (including 10 million yuan), the differential billing rate of 6.25 ‰.
Stage 3: For billing amount of over 10 million yuan to 50 million yuan (including 50 million yuan), the differential billing rate is 2‰.
Tranche 4: For billing amount of more than 50 million yuan to 100 million yuan (including 100 million yuan), the differential billing rate is 1.2‰.
Stage 5: For billing amount of more than 100,000,000 yuan to 100,000,000 yuan (including 100,000,000 yuan), the differential billing rate is 0.25‰.
Stage 6: For billing amount of 100,000,000 Yuan or more, the differential billing rate is 0.15‰.
The appraisal fee is divided into fee brackets according to the size of the billing amount, the fee amount is calculated by bracket, and the fees of each bracket are added up to arrive at the total appraisal fee.
If the fee calculated according to the above method is less than 2,000 yen, it will be charged at 2,000 yen.
High-risk and technically difficult projects may be calculated at 2-4 times upward from this standard.
For the commissioned business that is not located in the location of the asset appraisal institution, additional travel expenses such as transportation and accommodation fees may be charged.
Billing method for hourly fee for asset valuation services:
The unit rate for the legal representative (lead partner) and the lead appraiser is RMB1,200 per person-hour.
The unit rate for partners and senior management is $800/person-hour.
The unit rate for department managers is $500 per person-hour.
The unit rate for appraisers is $300 per person-hour.
The unit rate for assistants is $200/person-hours.
