Article 21 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Practicing Physicians enjoys the following rights and interests in their practice:
(1) Within the scope of their registered practice, they shall conduct medical diagnosis and examination, disease investigation, medical treatment, issue appropriate medical certificates and documents, and choose reasonable medical, preventive and health care programs;
(2) They shall obtain a certificate or certificate of medical practice and a certificate or certificate of health care in accordance with the norms prescribed by the administrative department of health under the State Council. (g) put forward opinions and suggestions on the medical, preventive, and health care professions of their institutions and the professions of the administrative departments of health, and participate in the democratic management of their institutions in accordance with the law.
This is the first time in the world that the Chinese government has issued a lawsuit against the government.
Article 22 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Practicing Physicians implements the following obligations in their practice:
(1) to abide by the laws and regulations, and to abide by the standards of technical operation;
(2) to establish a spirit of dedication, and to abide by the ethics of the profession, and to carry out the duties of the physicians, and to do their best to serve the patients;
(3) to care for, protect, and respect the patients, and to maintain the privacy of the patients;
