3. Working methods
1. We assume an ideal Status, let’s not consider the professional setting and the order of passing the evaluation, first judge based on whether it is present or not.
2. Through comprehensive scoring, each school will be awarded 1 point if it passes one major, and 6 points if it passes 6 majors. 3. Subject classification is revised, and the weight of architecture is 1.5, urban planning is 1.3, civil engineering is 1.1, HVAC is 1.0, water supply and drainage is 0.9, and engineering management is 0.7.
4. The doctoral program and master's program in architecture and urban planning have been revised. The weight of doctoral program is 1.5, and the weight of master's program is 1.2. Those who fail the evaluation will be counted as 1. Failure to pass the evaluation will not be counted. Other majors shall be subject to the undergraduate degree
5. Reputation correction: the old eight schools have indeed great influence, with a total score multiplication factor of 1.2
6. Well-known comprehensive universities correction: the total score multiplication factor 1.1, such as: Nanjing University, Wuhan University, Zhejiang University
7. Regional correction: schools in eastern coastal provinces, the total score multiplier is 1.1, Liaoning, Tianjin, Beijing, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, and Guangdong.
