A violation of Article 2 of these regulations shall be warned and a fine of 10 yuan may be imposed;

A violation of the third, fourth, or eighth paragraph of the fourth article of these regulations shall be ordered to make corrections and shall be given a warning;

Article 10 Organs, groups, enterprises, institutions and other organizations may refer to the requirements of these provisions to determine their own places where smoking is prohibited within their units.
