How about outsourcing to Huawei from a foreign company, Deco?

Huawei such a semi-military company, outsourcing belongs to the food chain bottom.

1. There is basically no room for upward mobility, you are brick, brick, brick. Regular employees move their brains, you move your keyboard.

2. The treatment is very different from that of regular employees, mainly because there are no bonuses or stocks, which is the bulk of the income.

I've interviewed multiple outsourcers with years of experience at hw, and recruited 2, and the overall feeling is very bad, people are basically half-crippled. The work model dictates that there is basically no learning or growth opportunities for the bottom feeders, and the day to day work is just a lot of worthless repetitive labor.

In fact, I admire Huawei's management level, the same level of outsourcing staff, we can not afford to use good. Of course it's likely that this is a case-by-case basis, as many of the ones I've mentioned don't number more than 10.

Differences found so far:

The license plate is different from both Huawei's regular employees and Huawei's outsourcing. It's a specialized Dekko work badge with the Huawei logo and Dekko's name on it. The band is the same red band as the regular employees.

The rules of work number are different.

Decaux's administrative time and attendance system is eOutsource, Huawei's doesn't seem to be this.

Decaux's license plate doesn't have a recharge function, so you have to use the QR code on your cell phone for meals and shuttles, and Huawei employees just swipe their license plate. But HR said that this function is only because it is not through for the time being, maybe LONG LONG LATER after that you can swipe the card.
