However, the limit requirements for public bidding are specified in other documents:
1. The estimated price of a single contract for construction is more than 4 million yuan RMB;
2. The estimated price of a single contract for the procurement of important equipment, materials and other goods is more than 2 million yuan RMB;
3. The estimated price of a single contract for the procurement of services such as surveying, designing and supervising is more than 1 million yuan RMB;
4. The estimated price of a single contract for the procurement of services such as surveying, designing and supervision is more than 1 million yuan RMB. The estimated price of a single contract is more than 1 million RMB.
The procurement of survey, design, construction, supervision and important equipment and materials related to the construction of the project that can be combined in the same project must be tendered if the combined estimated contract price reaches the standard stipulated in the preceding paragraph.
Article 3 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Bidding and Tendering Article 3 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Bidding and Tendering Within the territory of the People's Republic of China, bidding must be invited for the following engineering and construction projects, including the survey, design, construction, supervision and procurement of important equipment and materials related to the construction of the projects:
(1) large-scale infrastructure, public utilities, and other projects of interest to the social public ****, and public safety
(B) all or part of the use of state-owned funds or state-financed projects;
(C) the use of international organizations or foreign governments, loans, assistance to the project.
The specific scope and scale standards of the projects listed in the preceding paragraph shall be formulated by the development planning department of the State Council in conjunction with the relevant departments of the State Council for the approval of the State Council.
Law or the State Council on the scope of other projects must be tendered, in accordance with its provisions.
Article X. Bidding is divided into open bidding and invitational bidding.
Open bidding means that the bidder invites bids from unspecified legal persons or other organizations by means of a bidding notice.
Invitation to tender, refers to the bidder to invite specific legal persons or other organizations to tender by way of invitation to tender.
Article 12 The bidder has the right to choose its own bidding agent and entrust it to handle bidding matters. No unit or individual shall in any way designate a bidding agent for the bidder.
If the bidder has the ability to prepare the bidding documents and organize the evaluation of bids, it may handle the bidding on its own. No unit or individual shall be forced to entrust the bidding agent to handle the bidding.
The project must be bidding according to law, the bidder to handle the bidding, should be filed with the relevant administrative supervision department.
