Where can I apply for a review of my climbing license?

The climbing license is audited by the local safety supervision department, which is also called the emergency management bureau. Climbing certificate is the certificate of special equipment operators.

I. Validity period and review period of the certificate

1, the certificate is valid for 6 years;

2, special personnel operation certificate review once every three years;

3, special operations personnel review must participate in knowledge update training, after passing the examination, the replacement (replacement) procedures;

4. Special operations personnel shall apply for reexamination to the reexamination institution 3 months before the expiration of the reexamination period indicated in the certificate, and the overdue certificate will automatically become invalid.

Second, the review conditions

One of the following circumstances is unqualified, and it is unqualified for review:

1, in good health, without diseases and physical defects that hinder the operation of the corresponding type of work;

2. No production safety accidents occurred during the review period;

3. Apply for review within the review time specified in the certificate;

4, review must participate in the review knowledge update training, and pass the exam;

5, the age is not more than 60 years old.

Four, the time required for the audit, after receiving the materials submitted by the training institutions and audited by the provincial safety supervision bureau, completed within 2 working days, the longest is not more than 35 working days.

The conditions for handling the climbing permit are as follows:

1, at least 18 years old and not over the statutory retirement age.

2, by the community or at or above the county level physical examination.

3. Have a degree of education or above.

4. Have the necessary safety knowledge and skills.

5. Other conditions specified in the corresponding special operations.

The climbing permit is applicable to the staff who use special equipment to decorate, clean and decorate the inside and outside of the building, and set up power, telecommunications and other lines. It is also used for the erection of overhead pipelines, the installation and maintenance of small air conditioners, the installation, overhaul and maintenance of various equipment and outdoor advertising facilities, and the demolition of high-rise buildings, equipment and facilities.

Measures for the administration of safety technical training and assessment for special operations personnel

Article 1 In order to standardize the safety technical training, assessment and certification of special operators, prevent casualty accidents and promote safe production, these Measures are formulated in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.

Article 2 These Measures shall apply to all units and personnel engaged in special operations in People's Republic of China (PRC).

Article 3 The term "special operations" as mentioned in these Measures refers to operations that are prone to casualties and have great harm to the safety of operators themselves, others and surrounding facilities. Special operations include:

(1) electrical work;

(2) Metal welding and cutting operations;

(3) Operation of hoisting machinery (including elevators);

(4) driving an enterprise motor vehicle;

(5) Erection operations;

(six) boiler operation (including water quality test);

(7) Operation of pressure vessels;

(8) Refrigeration operation;

(9) Blasting operations;

(ten) mine ventilation operations (including gas inspection);

(eleven) mine drainage operations (including tailings dam operations);

(twelve) other operations proposed by the comprehensive management department of production safety of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government or the competent department of industry in the State Council, and approved by the State Economic and Trade Commission.

Article 4 The term "special operators" as mentioned in these Measures refers to those who are directly engaged in special operations. Special operations personnel must meet the following basic conditions:

(a) At least 65-438+08 years old;

(2) Being in good health, and having no diseases or physical defects that prevent him from engaging in the corresponding type of work;

(three) junior high school education or above, with the knowledge of safety technology of the corresponding type of work, to participate in the safety technology theory and practical operation assessment stipulated by the state and pass the examination;

(four) other conditions that meet the needs of the corresponding types of work.
