As for passenger transport, as of last night 12, the Qinghai Provincial Department of Transportation coordinated and organized the deployment of passenger buses, and the bus from Xining to Yushu operated normally. At the same time, actively prepare for the mobilization of emergency transport capacity, and implement 209 emergency reserve passenger vehicles in Xining passenger transport enterprises and tourist passenger transport enterprises, and 85 emergency reserve passenger vehicles in Liuzhou, with a total of 294 vehicles and 8,820 seats. According to the news sent by the leading cadres of the provincial public security fire brigade from the front line of the earthquake-stricken area, at 4: 25 this morning, the second batch of two vehicles reinforced by the Gansu Fire Brigade were on their way to the disaster area. Due to poor road conditions and low visibility, a rear-end collision occurred 35 kilometers from Maduo County, Guoluo Prefecture. One rescue vehicle rolled over and the water tank of another vehicle was damaged. Three people were injured in the accident. We also want to remind vehicles passing by for earthquake relief to drive carefully to ensure driving safety.
The Provincial Department of Land and Resources focuses on monitoring and early warning of geological disasters in disaster areas, especially around Yushu County, to prevent new casualties and property losses caused by secondary geological disasters such as landslides and mudslides caused by earthquakes.
