1. Oil and gas boilers are equipped with explosion-proof doors at the rear or on the flue pipe, and the location of the explosion-proof doors should be conducive to the relief of explosions. For explosive gases may endanger the safety of the operator, the explosion-proof door should be equipped with a pressure relief guide tube.
2. The installation of the boiler and its auxiliary equipment, water treatment equipment, etc. should comply with the technical requirements of the equipment manufacturer. The foundation of the equipment must wait for the arrival of the equipment and check with the design drawings before construction.
3. When installing the equipment, the equipment and installation materials should be avoided to be centrally stacked on the floor. When using building columns and beams to lift equipment, the bearing capacity of the beams and columns must be verified in advance.
4. The pressure test and acceptance of fuel oil, gas, hot water and steam pipelines after installation shall be carried out according to the "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Metal Piping Projects" GB 50235-1997.
