It is the only flexible element of the painting implementer. Professional and experienced technicians can flexibly deal with the problems arising in the painting process and can operate the machine to fully utilize the larger performance of the equipment. Lack of specialized technicians is a common problem.

Every company must develop a few core technicians, one to operate and maintain the machines and another to solve problems encountered in production or until they are resolved.
