The farmers' market operators referred to in these regulations, refers to the field operators to provide space, facilities and services in accordance with the law, engaged in farmers' market operation and management activities of citizens, legal persons or other organizations.
The regulations referred to in the field operators, refers to the farmers market in the business activities of citizens, legal persons or other organizations. Article 10 The new construction, alteration and expansion of farmers' markets, shall comply with national laws and regulations on the quality of construction works and special planning for farmers' markets, farmers' market construction requirements and acceptance specifications.
The new farmers market facilities should be synchronized with the main project planning, construction, acceptance and put into use.
City, county (city, district) people's government shall formulate policies and measures to encourage citizens, legal persons and other organizations, as well as foreign investors in various forms of investment in the construction of farmers' markets.
