Fetal movement change
Fetal movement is a barometer of fetal health. A lively fetus suddenly becomes quiet, or a quiet fetus suddenly becomes restless, which may be a sign of hypoxia. The fetal movement is less than 10 or more than 40 times within 12 hours, so be alert to fetal hypoxia.
Abnormal fetal heart rate
Normal fetal heart rate has a strong regularity, with 120- 160 beats per minute. Before the fetal movement decreased, the fetal heart rate exceeded 160 beats/min; The decrease or stop of fetal movement and the fetal heart rate below 120 beats/min all indicate the late stage of fetal hypoxia.
Growth stop
Fetuses lacking oxygen will grow slowly. Measure the height of the fundus regularly. If it does not increase for 2 weeks, you should seek medical advice immediately.
