According to the "Regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on the Issuance and Regulation of the Import and Export Several Provisions on Regulating the Business of Import and Export Agents> Notice", Article 7 and Article 8:
Agents must conscientiously fulfill their duties in accordance with the provisions of this regulation. Import and export agency business of the contract, the following items (columns) of the relevant documents, all must be an agent:?
