Special Equipment Safety Law
Second special equipment production (including design, manufacturing, installation, transformation, repair), operation, use, inspection, testing and supervision and management of special equipment safety, the application of this Law.
Special equipment referred to in this Law, refers to the greater danger to personal and property safety of boilers, pressure vessels (including cylinders), pressure pipelines, elevators, lifting machinery, passenger ropeways, large-scale amusement rides, the field (plant) special motor vehicles, as well as laws and administrative regulations applicable to the Law of other special equipment.
The state of special equipment to implement catalog management. Special equipment catalog by the State Council is responsible for the supervision and management of special equipment safety departments to develop, reported to the State Council for approval and implementation.
