My tooth cracked at work and I need to put on braces. The company didn't reimburse me for medical expenses, saying it was cosmetic surgery. What should I do?

Wearing braces really belongs to beauty and cannot be reimbursed. But if the tooth is cracked, it is a work-related injury, and the treatment cost (excluding the cost of cosmetic braces) should be ok.

Need to do work-related injury identification, need to provide evidence and materials injured in the course of work, go to relevant departments for identification, and then take the way of work-related injury reimbursement.

It is not enough to take the medical reimbursement route alone. It's not the company that gives you a hard time. Medical insurance really can't reimburse braces. Good luck to the landlord.
