(6) Where used mechanical and electrical products are imported, the pre-inspection report of the imported products issued by the inspection and quarantine institution authorized or licensed by the AQSIQ shall be provided;

(seven) mechanical and electrical products imported without bidding1000000 yuan or more, provide the certificate of private enterprise issued by the industrial and commercial bureau of the place of registration, and affix the file inquiry seal or official seal;

(eight) other materials required by the Ministry of Commerce.

(2) To apply for import license of key used mechanical and electrical products, the following materials shall be provided:

1. Apply for an import report (introducing the general situation of the enterprise and the purpose description of the used mechanical and electrical products to be imported);
