Haisin Electric and Hisense Vision are the same company.
Haisin Electric announced that the company's name was officially changed from "Qingdao Hisense Electric Appliance Company Limited" to "Hisense Video Technology Company Limited", and the Articles of Association were amended accordingly. On December 18th, Hisense completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures for the above changes and obtained the Business License issued by the Qingdao Municipal Market Supervision Administration.
Haisin Electric said in the announcement, "The company has long been from a single TV product manufacturing enterprises gradually developed into a set of video technology research and development applications, the whole scene of the cloud platform operation as one of the integrated solution provider."
Today, the display has gone out of the living room, into the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and from the home to the community, shopping malls, outdoor, hospitals and offices, to every corner.
Haisin has completed or is in the process of laying out the fields of office display, commercial display, intelligent transportation display, and special display in addition to home display represented by TVs and refrigerators, which can support various application scenarios such as remote surgeries, intelligent classrooms, and home entertainment. From "electrical appliances" to "video technology" this shift in thinking and industrial perspective, greatly expanding Hisense's industrial space, removing the ceiling of the market scale and volume.
