Article 48 The packaging of medicines shall be suitable for the requirements of the quality of medicines and convenient for storage, transportation and medical use.
Shipping Chinese herbal medicines shall have packaging. On each package, it shall indicate the name, origin, date, supply unit, and be accompanied by a sign of quality.
