Development and Reform Commission website yesterday issued a notice, the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Health and Family Planning Commission study decided to agree to the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Guizhou Province, Tibet Autonomous Region, respectively, and the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Yunan Province and the Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital to carry out the pilot work of the telemedicine policy. The notification proposed that the pilot provinces and regions should study and formulate relevant policies, mechanisms, regulations and standards applicable to the development of telemedicine in terms of telemedicine's operational norms, responsibility determination, incentive mechanism, service charges and reimbursement of expenses, as well as to explore the market-oriented telemedicine service model and operation mechanism.
