IDC server room maintenance system
I. Overview?
Infrastructure management is mainly the inspection, monitoring, maintenance and operation of various types of infrastructure equipment, this system formulates the specific methods of the above content and related requirements. This system specifies the goal is to guarantee the normal, safe and sustainable operation of infrastructure and equipment in the server room, standardize the daily operation and management work, and effectively monitor and control the operation of the equipment that guarantees the normal use of the environment in the server room. This system applies to all relevant positions in the infrastructure.
II. Maintenance function division?The daily inspection should be carried out by the staff on duty in the server room, and the end of the inspection should be recorded in the system.
Maintenance work should be carried out by professional services, maintenance and maintenance of the end of the timely completion of the maintenance records, and should be signed by the person in charge of operation and maintenance positions in the server room to confirm.
In principle, the maintenance of UPS and precision air conditioning should be implemented by the equipment professional engineers.
Third, the power supply and distribution system?The power supply and distribution system refers to the power supply by a variety of power distribution equipment (or components) and distribution facilities are composed of directly to the end-user distribution of electricity to a power network system. It is a general term for low-voltage distribution cabinets, UPS systems, etc..
3.1 Daily inspection content?The daily inspection of the power supply and distribution system includes.
(1) ambient temperature, cleanliness, pay attention to the presence of odor, abnormal sound, etc.; (2) view the instrument display of each switch should be normal; (3) view the status of each switch to confirm that there is no error; (4) check each switch for abnormal sound, deformation;

3.3 Maintenance?3.3.1 Annual maintenance?
Annual maintenance is preventive maintenance and should be performed without power.
a) Complete quarterly maintenance of the equipment. b) Clean the inside and outside of the substation and distribution equipment.?c) Check whether the operating mechanism of the electrical components is flexible, there should be no jamming or excessive operating force.?
d)Check whether the main and auxiliary contacts of the main electrical appliances are reliable.?
e)Check whether the connection of each busbar, insulation support parts, mounting parts, and other accessories are installed firmly and reliably.?
3.4 Notes on inspection?
(1) Inspection must strictly abide by the safe operation of the work system.
(2) Inspection should be prohibited to bring watches, bracelets and other metal objects. (3) Inspection should carry intercom equipment to maintain smooth communication.(4) Inspection should be carried out in pairs, and the inspection should be reported to the person in charge of the operation and maintenance position of the server room after the inspection is completed.
(5) inspection must be strictly enforced access control management regulations, only in the authorized area for inspection.
(6) in the inspection found that the facilities or equipment work abnormally, should be immediately reported to the person in charge of the computer room operation and maintenance positions and in accordance with the arrangements of the person in charge of the computer room operation and maintenance positions to deal with, to assist the person in charge of the computer room operation and maintenance positions or the relevant personnel to fill out the relevant reports.
Fourth, the UPS system?UPS (Uninterruptib1e Power Supply) means "Uninterruptible Power Supply'', is a kind of AC power supply equipment containing energy storage devices (commonly batteries), with the inverter as the main component of constant voltage and frequency. ?
4.1 Daily inspection of UPS ?
(1) check the health environment, temperature and humidity conditions; ?
(2) Check the UPS operation status and record various operation data, including voltage, current, frequency, power, carry rate, etc.;?
(3) Observe the UPS fan for abnormal noise and normal operation;?
(4) Observe whether there is any abnormal noise and vibration inside the UPS host;?
(5) Observe the state of each inlet and outlet switch of the UPS input and output cabinets (the same check items as the general switchgear);
(6) Observe the appearance of the battery with or without obvious bulging, seepage or cracking;?(7) Daily inspection is carried out by on-duty personnel, and the inspection status is recorded in the Daily Inspection Record Sheet;
4.2 Inspection Frequency Once a day.4.3 UPS equipment maintenance?
4.3.1 Quarterly maintenance (mainly discharge test)?
a) In addition to the items for monthly maintenance, the battery of the UPS should be discharged.
b)The battery pack should be discharged to 60~70% of its rated capacity and the backup time when it is full again after discharge should be recorded.c) Two UPSs of the same load must not be discharged at the same time, and the interval between discharge tests should be greater than 48 hours.?
d)Dust the UPS equipment as a whole.?
e)The inspection engineer fills in the UPS system maintenance record.
4.3.2 Annual Inspection and Maintenance (mainly electrical component tightening operations)?a) In addition to the items in the quarterly UPS inspection, the overall UPS equipment should also be fastening operations.
b)Contact the UPS manufacturer to calibrate the internal parameters of the UPS and check and test the internal devices.?
c) The annual inspection operation must be performed with the power off, and the internal UPS should be discharged after the power is turned off.?
d)Since the bypass is still partially energized, the energized portion should be clearly marked to warn the maintenance personnel.?
e)The person in charge of the inspection fills in the UPS System Maintenance Record.?
V. Precision air conditioning system?
The precision air conditioner of the computer room is a special air conditioner designed for the modern electronic equipment room, and it works with high precision and reliability. 5.1 Daily inspection content?
(1) Check the return air temperature and humidity in the equipment room;
(2) Check the air conditioner for abnormal noise;?5.2 Daily inspection frequency?
Once a day.
5.3 Maintenance5.3.1 Quarterly maintenance?
a) Perform all maintenance items for routine maintenance.?
b) Wipe down the unit enclosure. (Do not use strong corrosives or strong chemicals, use clean gauze with neutral detergent to wipe)?
c)Check the outdoor fan for holding, breakage, normal operation, and remove the accumulation of dust (1 time per month in summer, weekly check).?
d)Clean the air filter (the air filter should not wait until after the alarm to be replaced, it should be replaced regularly according to the air quality condition in the machine room).?
e)Check the interfaces on the refrigeration pipeline, observe whether there is oil stains, threaded interfaces if there is oil stains can be tightened with a plate hand.?
f)Check the high and low pressure parameters of the compressor, and replenish or release the refrigerant according to the checking situation.?
g)When there is a backup power supply, check whether the phase sequence of the power supply is consistent with the utility power before use.
h)A comprehensive health check of the air-conditioner is conducted by a professional engineer of the equipment and an inspection report is submitted. i)The inspection engineer fills in the "Air Conditioning Maintenance Record Sheet" according to the regulations.5.3.2 Annual Maintenance.?
a) Carry out all maintenance items for quarterly maintenance.?
b) Inspect all electrical terminals without looseness.
c)Check the high pressure controller and high pressure pressure switch for good operation. d) Fill in the Air Conditioning Maintenance Record Sheet by the inspecting engineer as required.?VI. Fire extinguishing system?
The automatic fire alarm system is a fire alarm system composed of trigger devices, fire alarm devices, fire alarm devices and devices with other auxiliary functions. General automatic fire alarm system and automatic fire extinguishing system, smoke evacuation system, ventilation system, air conditioning system, fire doors and other related equipment linkage, automatic or manual instructions, start the corresponding devices.

(1) The gas fire extinguishing system needs to be inspected on a daily basis for abnormal conditions such as fire alarms, equipment failure alarms, and unprocessed events.?
(2) Fire protection facilities require daily inspections.
6.1.2 Security evacuation facilities?(1) The inspection should keep the evacuation channel and safety exit open, and it is strictly prohibited to occupy the evacuation channel, and it is strictly prohibited to place sundries in the safety exit or evacuation channel in addition to...?
(2) Check the fire safety evacuation signs and emergency lighting facilities.
(3) Fire doors, fire safety evacuation signs, emergency lighting, mechanical smoke exhaust fan and other facilities should be kept in normal condition.
6.1.3 Fire fighting equipment?
(1) Smoke and temperature sensor alarm check to see if there are alarms, equipment failure alarms, unprocessed matters and other abnormal conditions.?
(2) Fire extinguishers, fire boxes, fire hydrants, manual alarms, glass breakage checks, should maintain the integrity of the facility to see if it is in proper working condition.?
6.2 Patrol inspection frequency?

6.3 Maintenance?
6.3.1 Quarterly maintenance?
a) All fire detectors should be tested quarterly using random testing.
b) Quarterly on the alarm valve should be open valve test, observe the valve opening and sealing, and the alarm valve components of the normal working condition. Check whether the pressure switch alarm function of the system is normal.?c)Quarterly functional test of emergency lighting, cut off the normal power supply.?
d)Conduct a functional test of the evacuation indicator signs every quarter.
e) Fill in the Fire Protection System Maintenance Record by the person responsible for the subcontracted service as required.?
6.3.2 Annual Maintenance?
a) Annual inspection of fire extinguishers for any abnormalities.?
b) Test all fire detectors through regular, zonal testing during the year. And verify that the fire detectors are correctly addressed.
