3, spraying
Spraying refers to a coating method that uses a spray gun or a disk atomizer to disperse into uniform and fine droplets with the help of the principle of pressure or centrifugal force, and applies a layer of board on the surface of the coated object.
It can be divided into airless spraying, air spraying, electrostatic spraying and various derivatives of other spraying forms, such as high-flow low-pressure atomizing spraying, thermal spraying, automatic spraying and multi-group spraying.
Second, the price of aluminum alloy with the same color varies from one hundred manufacturers. Under normal circumstances, electrophoresis and spraying will not fade. The probability of transfer printing fading is very small, the process is poor, and the poor materials used will also fade.
