Three Grade B General Hospital
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shanghai Municipal Hospital Comprehensive Evaluation and Management Measures (for Trial Implementation)", and based on the "Shanghai Municipal Grade III General Hospital Evaluation Standards" and the relevant Grade III Specialty Hospital Evaluation Standards:
The Municipal Bureau of Health organized the Municipal Comprehensive Evaluation and Assessment Center for Hospitals (Evaluation) to conduct a hospital grade evaluation of 12 Grade IIIA specialty hospitals in the city and 2 Grade IIIB general hospitals in the city in 2012. The city health bureau organized the city's hospital comprehensive evaluation (assessment) center to carry out the hospital grade assessment on 12 specialized hospitals of the city's level 3A and 2 general hospitals of level 3B. Jinshan Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Fudan University passed the evaluation of Grade 3B general hospital.

Shanghai Level 3 General Hospital Accreditation Standards (2018 Edition):
I. Required Criteria
Required conditions for hospital accreditation. Evaluation of the public welfare of hospitals, practicing according to the law and the implementation of health care reform requirements and other content, the assessed hospitals must be passed one by one, as a "one-vote veto" indicator.
Second, access standards
Evaluating the operation of the hospital, medical service capacity, personnel structure, key disciplines and talent echelon, scientific research and teaching capacity and other content. The standards for Level 3A and Level 3B general hospitals are formulated separately, with a full score of 100 points. Qualifying line: 90 points for Level 3A general hospitals and 85 points for Level 3B general hospitals.
Three, management standards
Evaluating the quality, safety, service, management and other elements of the hospital. *** Includes seven parts: hospital functions and tasks, hospital services, patient safety, medical quality and safety management and continuous improvement, nursing management and quality continuous improvement, hospital management and hospital management statistical indicators. All indicators are used for hospital site evaluation.
Hospital on-site evaluation adopts the expression "ABCDE", with A being excellent, B being good, C being qualified, D being unqualified, and E being not applicable. Evaluation principles: all meet the requirements of the C level before the B level evaluation; all meet the requirements of the B level before the A level evaluation.
Qualified requirements: Grade C ≥ 90%, Grade B ≥ 60%, Grade A ≥ 25% for Level 3A general hospitals, Grade C ≥ 80%, Grade B ≥ 50%, Grade A ≥ 15% for Level 3B general hospitals.
Fourth, technical standards
Evaluation of the hospital's medical service capacity. The evaluation method is divided into evaluation of specialty capacity and evaluation of disease types and coverage of technical items. Specialty capacity evaluation is 1000 points, the qualifying line: 800 points for Grade 3A general hospitals, 600 points for Grade 3B general hospitals. Disease types, technical project coverage evaluation of the qualifying line: 75% of the third-class A general hospitals, 60% of the third-class B general hospitals.
On the basis of passing the necessary standards, hospitals that pass the qualification requirements for Level 3A general hospitals in the second, third and fourth categories of standards can be rated as Level 3A general hospitals, and hospitals that pass the qualification requirements for Level 3B general hospitals can be rated as Level 3B general hospitals.
