Pesticides, fertilizers and other agricultural chemicals such as packaging, as well as agricultural films, nursery appliances and other agricultural waste should be disposed of in a timely manner in accordance with the provisions. Article XV of rural livestock and poultry farms, farming communities shall be in accordance with the provisions of supporting the construction of manure collection and disposal facilities and normal operation.
