A, the use of temperature control switch matters needing attention
1, close the switch
When using the sealed temperature control switch, the metal cover should be tightly attached to the installation surface of the controlled equipment. In order to achieve a good temperature sensing effect, it is best to coat the temperature sensing surface with thermal conductive silicone grease or other media with thermal conductivity. Pay attention to the weight of your hands when installing the temperature control switch. If the top of the cover of the temperature control switch collapses, or causes it to be loose and deformed, its performance and accuracy will be affected. In the process of use, liquid can't penetrate into the temperature control switch, the shell can't crack, and the shape of the external terminal of the switch can't be changed at will to avoid affecting the electrical reliability of the switch. When installing the switch, insulation protection measures should be taken to prevent electricity accidents due to leakage.
Step 2 turn on the switch
When installing and using the open circuit temperature control switch, don't touch the shrapnel and the temperature sensing part, otherwise the temperature of the protector will be inaccurate, the contact will be poor and the action will be abnormal. Both the external air volume and the dust accumulated on the surface will affect the sensitivity of the temperature control switch, so it is best to point the contact to the downwind side when installing. The temperature control switch should work in an environment with relative humidity less than 90% and be stored in a ventilated, dry and non-corrosive environment with a temperature of 40℃.
Second, the selection skills of temperature control switch
1, temperature sensing speed, which needs to match the power of heating products. The higher the power, the faster the heating, so it is necessary to consider the temperature sensing time of the switch to correctly select the temperature range. The temperature control switch needs to have the characteristics of fast temperature sensing, fast action and no arcing.
2. The switch itself will heat up. At present, the copper in the temperature control switch has different heating. If the material used has high heat, it will affect the temperature sensitivity of bimetal. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt a design with no current thermal effect, accurate temperature and long service life.
3. When installing the switch, the temperature of the temperature control switch is added to the air inside the temperature control switch by the aluminum cover sealed on the surface or radiates heat to the temperature sensor through the aluminum cover, so the product should be attached to the installation surface of the controlled electrical appliance when installing. Then the shell must not collapse or deform strongly during installation, so as not to affect its performance.
4. When the switch is used in some heating products sensitive to current and voltage, electrical problems need to be considered. It is best to choose a temperature control switch with normal electrical strength: 50HZ, 2000V, 1m, without breakdown or flashover.
5, service life is the most critical, the service life of the temperature control switch should consider two key components, one is bimetal, the service life of different temperature plates will be very different, and the price will naturally be very different, and the other is contact, which is composed of contact and disconnection, so the contact needs to be made of materials and material thickness that can withstand certain current and voltage.
