Sun Yat-sen Dayong Hospital New Dayong Hospital opened this year.

On February 5th, Weisek Lo, president of Macau Zhongshan Longdu Association, led more than 30 members back to Dayong to pay New Year greetings. It is reported that Dayong Hospital has a history of 40 to 50 years, and the number of patients reached more than 500,000 last year. The first phase investment of the hospital is about 65.438+0.5 billion yuan, with a construction area of 30,000 square meters. When completed, there will be more than 300 beds. At present, relevant planning and declaration work is under way, and civil construction is expected to be carried out this year.

Weisek Lo, a native of Laolongdu area (now Shaxi and Dayong), went to Macau for business in 1979. After the development of his career, he enthusiastically supported the construction of his hometown and the development of charity, and was awarded the title of honorary citizen of Zhongshan City. Later, he was elected as a member of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Political Consultative Conference. On February 5th, Weisek Lo, president of Macau Zhongshan Longdu Association, led more than 30 members back to Taichung to pay a New Year call. Weisek Lo promised100000 yuan on the spot. He also said that after returning to Macao, more members, Longdu folks and other local enthusiasts will be mobilized to donate money to contribute to the early completion of Dayong Hospital.
