Referring to Article 4 of the "Regulations on the Administration of Safety and Technical Training and Examination of Special Operators", special operators should meet the following conditions:
(a) 18 years of age, and not exceeding the national legal retirement age;
(b) by the community or county-level or above, the health of the physical examination of health qualified, and does not impede to engage in the corresponding special Operations of organic heart disease, epilepsy, Meniere's disease, vertigo, hysteria, tremor paralysis, mental illness, dementia, and other diseases and physiological defects;
(C) have a junior high school and above literacy level;
(D) have the necessary technical knowledge and skills of safety;
(E) the corresponding special operations of the other conditions specified.
Hazardous chemicals special operators in addition to meet the preceding paragraph (a), (b), (d) and (e) of the conditions set out in paragraph (a), (b), (d) and (e), should have a high school or the equivalent of high school and above.
Referring to the "special operators safety training and assessment of management regulations" Article 15, the assessment and licensing authority or its commissioned to undertake the special operation qualification examination unit, should be published within 10 working days after the end of the examination results.
