What is the responsibility of an equipment engineer?

Responsibilities of equipment engineer: Responsible for equipment verification. Responsible for the structural design of equipment and tooling, and responsible for transformation and optimization to ensure smooth production. Formulate and improve various equipment management rules and regulations. Responsible for the daily maintenance of equipment.

Job responsibilities:

1. Participate in drafting and revising the electrical equipment management regulations of the Branch, and supervise the implementation;

2. Organize the inspection and inspection of special equipment and safety devices of the Branch;

3. Be responsible for the management of production equipment and facilities of the branch company, and organize maintenance;

4. Participate in the investigation and analysis of equipment safety accidents in the Branch, and draft equipment accident reports;

5. Be responsible for the declaration and warehouse management of equipment spare parts of the branch;

6. Organize various activities on equipment of the branch company.

Equipment maintenance:

1. Establish the equipment maintenance system, specify the equipment maintenance cycle and the person responsible for maintenance, and conduct regular maintenance inspection on the equipment.

2. Equipment startup confirmation. When new equipment is added or equipment that has been stopped for more than 3 days is put into production again, the equipment engineer shall organize personnel to confirm the equipment before starting. After 30 minutes of stable production, the equipment started normally.

3, equipment downtime maintenance. For the equipment that has been out of service for a long time, the equipment shall be treated with rust and dust prevention, and the equipment shall be identified.
