If a bribe is offered to a State official for the purpose of seeking an undue advantage, resulting in an economic loss of more than five million yuan, the bribe shall be deemed to have caused a "particularly significant loss of State interests" as stipulated in paragraph 1 of article 390 of the Criminal Law.
