1. I. Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels in the prevention and control of infectious diseases to perform the following duties:

Two, infectious disease prevention and control plan should include the following main elements:

(a) the composition of the Command and Control of Infectious Disease Prevention and Control and the duties of the relevant departments;

(b) the monitoring of infectious diseases, information collection, analysis, reporting, and notification system;

(c) disease prevention and control agencies, medical institutions, in the case of infectious disease outbreaks, the tasks and duties;

Third, medical institutions found Category A infectious diseases, shall promptly take the following measures:
