The 30MHz is not from the power supply port, the power supply out of the nuisance frequency is not so low, you can look at the internal components of some of the higher frequency, or the components of the multiplier frequency can fall on the 60MHz. You can try to deal with some of the 60MHz harassment frequencies, such as adding capacitors to the coupling, or simple shielding.
