The Protocol of the Conference of Representatives of Great Britain, the United States, and the Soviet Union provided for Anglo-American aid to the Soviet Union in what material?

On October 1, Harriman and Beaverbrook met with members of their mission to hear reports from six specialized committees. Then they went forward to call on Molotov to learn the contents of that agreement which the Soviet government wanted them to sign. Finally, they proposed that the United States and Great Britain could supply the Soviet Union with the arms and materiel it requested, but could not assume the obligation to deliver them to Soviet ports; and that the list of materiel should be rewritten in the event of the opening of a second front in Europe. The Soviet side expressed its agreement with them.

Then the heads of the British, American and Soviet missions signed the Protocol of the Conference of Representatives of the United Kingdom, the United States and the Soviet Union on behalf of their respective countries. This document, called the "Bible" by the Western Allies, lists in detail 70 categories of U.S. and British aid to the Soviet Union, including: aircraft, tanks, anti-aircraft guns, anti-tank guns, reconnaissance vehicles and other weaponry; field telephones, submarine cables and other communications equipment; non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, nickel, copper and its products; tanks with armor plate and other steel; toluene, ethylene glycol and other petrochemicals; the United States, the United States and Soviet Union. petrochemical products such as toluene and vinyl alcohol; industrial equipment such as machine tools and electric furnaces; and agricultural and livestock products such as rubber, jute, leather, wool and wheat. These 70 categories of goods are sent to the Soviet side in prescribed quantities every month.

This protocol also had three annexes. The first annex is a list of equipment and materials that the Soviet Navy needed U.S. and British assistance from October 1941 to June 1942, including: warships, naval guns, marine diesel engines and engines, and marine submarine explorers. The second annex is a list of medical equipment and medicines for which the Soviet Union needs U.S. and British aid, October 1941~June 1942, ***83 categories. The third annex is a list of supplies which Britain wishes to receive from the Soviet Union, which includes: bitumen, hogs bristle, chrome ore, Chinese dense wax, rifles and rifle cartridges, raw or shredded silk, wood and canned salmon in 27 categories.
