One, layout design
Determine the rationalization of space allocation according to the need to place the instrument, while reserving space to accommodate new additions to the instrumentation.
Two, space allocation
Should consider the comfort of the staff, no waste of space, and the number of personnel, analytical methods and instrument size and other factors.
Nucleic acid testing laboratory floor plan
Three, the workspace
1, space division
Clean area (office, lounge, study room), buffer zone (storage area, supply area), contaminated area (work area, washing area, specimen storage area).
2. Functional partition
Reagent preparation room
Main function: preparation, dispensing and preservation of reagents used in the process of nucleic acid testing.
Specimen preparation area
Main functions: processing, preparation, extraction, fragmentation, purification, detection, end repair, junction ligation, construction of sequencing libraries for samples.
Library amplification and detection area
Main functions: PCR amplification and purification after library construction, library concentration detection, mixing of libraries and quality control analysis after mixing.
Sequencing Area
Main functions: sequencing template preparation, sequencing, data analysis, report review and distribution.
