8. Sterile boxes that are frequently opened should be disinfected and sterilized weekly. Fixed dressing packages and instrument packages should be re-sterilized after expiration.
9. Conduct bacterial monitoring on various sterilization projects every month, perform bacterial culture on staff every month, and keep records.
10. When disinfecting with ultraviolet germicidal lamps, the hours and ultraviolet intensity should be monitored and registered.
11. The operating room should have a regular cleaning and sanitation system. Cleaning and disinfection should be carried out daily, weekly, and monthly with designated personnel, designated locations, and scheduled times. Regular air culture is performed, and the total number of bacteria in the air in the operating room shall not exceed 200/m3.
