Masks sent to a recipient with a company name and for surgical use for sales purposes are subject to an import license issued by KFDA for import clearance.
However, starting March 5, 2020, if the recipient submits an "Exemption Application Form" to Customs indicating that it is for internal use or donation, Customs will temporarily exempt it.
Personal masks can be imported for a maximum of 3,000 ea in a single shipment, but the reason for importation should be for the personal use of the individual consumer, and the upper limit of weight and quantity will be subject to Customs' decision.

Italy
CE certification is not mandatory if it falls under the category of personal protective equipment.
