Did Baxter Healthcare ring the bell for US listing

Broad Medical has successfully listed on NASDAQ in the United States. BDMD, a provider of oncology treatment and medical aesthetics equipment, announced on June 26, 2023, a merger announcement by Nasdaq Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation (SPAC, ExcelFinAcquisitionCorp.) to merge with BDMD, a developer of minimally invasive oncology treatment devices (microwave ablators) in China. After the merger, BDMD will be listed on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol BDMD. BDMD filed its Form F4 in the US on August 21, 2023 and plans to complete the merger in the fourth quarter of 2023 to formally achieve its listing on NASDAQ.
