Level 3 Hospitals: (with 501 or more beds) are hospitals above the regional level that provide high-level specialized medical and healthcare services to several regions and perform higher education and scientific research tasks. Grade A: According to the thousand-point system, sub-grade scoring criteria to obtain more than 900 points for Grade A.

Specific conditions are as follows:
