The above data show that we must take effective means to fine-tune the management of energy and the environment in order to achieve the purpose of saving energy and protecting the environment, and the situation is urgent.
2. Policy background.
Our research and development of the "two-type society digital integrated information management platform" is an inevitable requirement for the implementation of the national strategy.
First of all, it is an inevitable requirement for the implementation of "2006-2020 National Informatization Development Strategy".
The first and second strategic focus of China's informatization development is to promote the informatization of the national economy and the implementation of e-government respectively. 6, case introduction
So far, the "energy-saving supervision platform" in the sub-platform of "digital integrated information management platform for two-type society" independently developed by our company has been implemented in Changsha Civil Affairs Vocational and Technical College, Changsha Polytechnic University, Huaihua University, Hunan University, Changsha University of Science and Technology, and Hunan University. Changsha Civil Affairs Vocational and Technical College has opened the sub-systems of electricity metering and energy-saving supervision system, electricity prepaid management system, environment monitoring and split air-conditioning management system, energy data reporting management system, energy auditing and assessment management system, etc.; realizing the total electricity metering of all the buildings in the whole school, and the realization of household metering and electricity prepaid use in all the students' dormitories, families' districts, and commercial stores. and energy-saving supervision, *** counting the installation of nearly 5,000 electric energy metering monitoring points; it is worth mentioning that the school in the platform application on the basis of the full implementation of the energy use indicator management, according to the current implementation status, is expected to school can reduce electricity expenditure by more than 20%.

7. Expansion potential
While our platform system is currently mainly used in colleges and universities, we have given full consideration to the application of institutions, enterprises, hospitals, parks, towns, communities, buildings, families and other places in the early stages of development and design, and can also be personalized to meet the needs of customers.
