Special Equipment Safety Law
Article 35 The use of special equipment shall establish special equipment safety technology files. Safety technology file shall include the following:
(a) special equipment design documents, product quality certification, installation and use of maintenance instructions, supervision and inspection certificates and other relevant technical information and documents.
(ii) special equipment and periodic inspection of regular self-check records.
(C) the daily use of special equipment condition records.
General Provisions:
Article XIII of the special equipment production, operation, use of units and their main person in charge of its production, operation, use of special equipment safety is responsible.
Special equipment production, operation, use of units should be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state with special equipment safety management personnel, inspectors and operators, and to provide the necessary safety education and skills training.
Article XIV of special equipment safety management personnel, inspectors and operators should be in accordance with relevant state regulations to obtain the appropriate qualifications before engaging in related work. Special equipment safety management personnel, inspectors and operators should strictly implement safety specifications and management system to ensure the safety of special equipment.
Article XV of special equipment production, operation, use of special equipment production, operation, use of special equipment should be self-testing and maintenance, the implementation of the state inspection of special equipment should be declared in a timely manner and accept the test.
