4, installation and commissioning
1, the whole machine installation:
The whole machine can be lifted by steel wire rope strung into the top, or can be carried by forklift trucks, and the whole machine should be calibrated before it is put into position.
2, power cable installation:
Cable specifications and motor power, voltage and current compatible. Cable through the main switch through the wire pipe or socket plug with a flexible cable connection; cable through the seat after the outlet coil into the electrical box.
The steering of the motor should be consistent with the indication sign (i.e., rotating in counterclockwise direction as seen from the outer end of the pulley on the motor), and the triangular belt should be removed before proofreading the steering, and the triangular belt should be mounted after proofreading, and the correctness of the steering should be confirmed by the Shunyi point of transportation button.
3, first cut off the power supply on the machine, remove the hopper 44, feeder 57 and the center die plate 19, the center die plate die holes, the upper and lower punching rod holes and punching die wiped clean, and then in accordance with the following steps.

(4) install the middle die into the hole of the middle die table board 19, take care of that the end face of the middle die shall be lower than the plane of the table board by 0~0.05 mm, tighten both sides of the set screws 42.
(4)Install the middle mold table plate on the body, set into the lower punch, rotate the large pulley 32, so that the upper punch into the hole of the middle mold, the gap should be even, up and down flexible, no interference and hard friction phenomenon, and then tighten the middle mold table plate and the body of the fixed screws
(5)Load the additive feeder and other parts that are removed.
4, filling depth adjustment
Loosen the filling adjusting nut on both sides of the tightening screws, the nut is placed down to increase the filling depth, adjustment must be tightened after the tightening screws, pay attention to the filling depth shall not be more than 45mm.
5, the tablet thickness adjustment
and the upper punching rod connected with the eccentric shell 05 on the eccentric sleeve 35, fitted with ruler, the value of which indicates the upper punch into the middle of the body, and the upper punching of the eccentric sleeve 35, the upper punching of the upper punch into the middle of the body, and then tighten the fixed bolts.
