I don't know what kind of situation is the belt damage of the landlord? In this case, I will list all the common damages for your reference.
Belt hole
Belt hole is a relatively minor common injury, mainly because there are some small pits on the surface of the belt. If it is repaired, it will generally be filled with cold vulcanized rubber mending agent.
At present, commonly used rubber mending agents, such as sk358 and other similar cold vulcanized materials, are generally two-component and need to be mixed and stirred when used. After stirring, it becomes paste, which can be applied at any angle and is easy to shape. After being coated on the hole, it can be repaired by scraping with a scraper, which is quite simple and easy to operate.
Belt scratches and tears
Compared with the hole, the damage degree is slightly heavier. When repairing, cold vulcanized rubber is often used in conjunction with RIT tape repair strips for field operation. Generally speaking, when repairing, it is necessary to polish the damaged part, and then apply cold vulcanized rubber to the damaged part, which usually needs to be applied twice. The adhesive surface of the repair strip should also be coated with glue, and then the repair strip should be attached to the damaged part and rolled firmly with a compaction roller.
Belt penetrating tear
In this case, the degree is more serious. If it is not repaired in time, it is likely that the belt will break. If it is a repair, rubber mending agent is usually filled in the torn part of the belt, and repair strips are attached up and down. This operation is more complicated.
Use a high-power low-speed angular grinder with a tungsten steel disc to polish the torn part, then clean it with a cleaning agent, stick a repair strip under the belt of the torn part according to the above method, then fill the torn part with a rubber repairing agent according to the above method, and finally stick a repair strip above the belt of the torn part.
