Medium-sized ethylene oxide sterilizer:
Generally used for single-use diagnostic and therapeutic supplies sterilization. This sterilization equipment is perfect, high degree of automation, available pure ethylene oxide or ethylene oxide and carbon dioxide gas mixture. General requirements for sterilization conditions: concentration, 800 mg / L ~ 1000mg / L; temperature, 55 ℃ ~ 60 ℃; relative humidity of 60% ~ 80%; the role of time 6 h. Sterilization is completed by vacuum. Sterilized articles are often packed in plastic film that is permeable to ethylene oxide. If the small package with a filter film can filter air, the sterilization effect is better.
Small ethylene oxide sterilizer:
Mostly used in the medical and health sector to deal with a small number of medical equipment and supplies, there are 100% pure ethylene oxide or ethylene oxide and carbon dioxide gas mixture. This type of sterilizer is relatively high degree of automation, automatic vacuum, automatic dosing, automatic adjustment of temperature and relative humidity, can automatically control the sterilization time.
The requirements for medium-sized and small ethylene oxide sterilizers are: good pressure resistance and airtight performance, should be able to withstand 1.25 times the working pressure of the hydrostatic test, no denaturation and leakage, can be pumped to the vacuum degree of 53.3 kPa or more; accurate dosage, good insulation performance, you can regulate the temperature and relative humidity inside the sterilizer; sterilizing the external environment with the rinse of the air, the input of the air After high-efficiency filter, it can filter out more than 99.6% of ≥0.3µm particles; the residual ethylene oxide discharged is harmlessly treated, and the residual ethylene oxide in the sterilized articles should be less than 15.2mg/m; the concentration of ethylene oxide in the sterilized environment should be less than 2mg/m.
