3. Seasonal inspection Enterprises should be for the construction project is located in the region of the climate and environmental characteristics, the organization of seasonal safety inspections. Seasonal safety inspection is for the construction of the climate characteristics of the location, may bring hazards to the construction and the organization of safety inspections, such as flood control during the rainy season, winter frost prevention. Each safety inspection should be led by the leader in charge of production or the person in charge of technology, jointly organized by the relevant departments to inspect.
