Main technology and structural performance of cooking pot

3. Pot material: ① Stainless steel (SUS304) in the inner pot and carbon steel (Q235-B) in the jacket and bracket are coated with antirust paint; ② All stainless steel inside and outside.

4. Pot body with stirring device: the top center is stirred, and the output shaft of the reducer is connected with the stirring paddle shaft through a looper, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.

5. Mixing speed: 36r/min (a certain speed can be selected according to customer requirements); Stirring paddle forms: ordinary stirring (anchor type) and scraping bottom stirring.

6. Leg shape: ① Vertical pot body: triangular cone shape, round tube shape; ② Inclined pot body: trough bracket type.

7. Equipment configuration: dial pointer thermometer, steam inlet, exhaust port, etc. (vertical structure).

8. The tilting cooking pot body can be tilted by 90 at most, and the tilting mode is manual overturning.
