Application conditions:
Access conditions for operators of primary fire control facilities (those with one of the following conditions)
1. Pass the formal vocational training institution for operators of fire control facilities, reach the required standard class hours, and obtain the certificate of completion.
2. Continuous internship in this occupation 1 year or more.
Registration conditions for operators of intermediate fire control facilities (meet one of the following conditions)
1. After obtaining the primary vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years continuously, and has received the formal vocational training standard hours for intermediate firefighters in buildings (structures), and obtained the certificate of completion.
2. After obtaining the primary vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years continuously.
3. Have been engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years continuously.
4. Obtain the vocational (professional) graduation certificate of secondary vocational school with intermediate skills as the training goal, and verify it by the administrative department of labor and social security.
Application conditions for senior fire control facility operators (those who meet one of the following conditions)
1. After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, and has been trained by senior operators of fire control facilities, reaching the required standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
2. After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years continuously.
3. Obtain a vocational (professional) graduation certificate from a senior technical school or higher vocational school with advanced skills as the training goal recognized by the administrative department of labor and social security.
4. College graduates who have obtained intermediate vocational qualification certificates of this major or related majors have been engaged in this major for more than 1 year.

Performance management measures:
The results of fire control facility operators are valid for one year, and candidates can take a make-up exam during the retention period of the results.
1. Reference personnel and make-up personnel will be notified separately.
2. Accommodation is not uniformly arranged at the professional skill appraisal station for specific types of work in the fire protection industry. Candidates are requested to arrange their own accommodation.
3. Those who fail the exam with a score of zero, take the exam instead of others or let others take the exam instead of themselves, shall be sentenced to criminal detention or public surveillance, and shall also or only be fined.
4. According to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's "Working Rules for National Unified Appraisal of National Vocational Qualifications (Trial)", the qualified scores of national vocational examinations are retained for one year, and candidates can take a make-up exam during the retention period.
Qualification criteria:
1, the assessment is divided into theoretical knowledge test and skill operation test, both of which are based on a percentage system, with 60 points being qualified, 80 points being good and 90 points being excellent respectively.
2. The theoretical knowledge examination adopts the national unified closed-book examination, the time is 100 minutes, and the examination paper is put forward by the vocational skill appraisal guidance center of China fire protection industry.
3. The skill operation assessment adopts the way of actual operation and function test of building fire protection facilities, and the assessment standard is implemented in accordance with the basic requirements of the corresponding level in the national professional standards and the relevant requirements of superiors.
