Chapter II Owners' Rights

Article 6 Sanitation and cleaning services.

Chapter III Obligations of Owners

With the consent of the owners' meeting and reported to the relevant departments for approval, the stalls set up shall be subject to the management of the management unit, operate regularly and at fixed points, improve the environmental sanitation of the stalls, and maintain the order of the stalls.

Chapter IV Division of Responsibilities

Twenty-second property management and charge responsibility.

Twenty-fourth residential greening, cleaning, public order maintenance responsibility.

(three) no property units, no property management of residential areas, street offices are responsible for coordinating and supervising the greening, cleaning and guarding of residential areas.

(four) the public security department shall guide, supervise and manage the safety work in residential areas, and immediately deal with the safety accidents reported by the management unit.

Twenty-fifth water, electricity, gas, heating, communications, cable television and other maintenance responsibilities.

Water supply, power supply, gas supply and other units shall bear the responsibility for the maintenance and conservation of relevant pipelines, facilities and equipment within the property management area according to law. After receiving the call from the main line for emergency repair, you should rush to the scene for emergency repair as quickly as possible.

Article 26 The relevant units shall immediately stop the acts of destroying the greening of residential areas, dumping domestic and construction wastes at will, causing noise pollution, setting up stalls at will, and damaging the city appearance and environment, and report to the municipal administrative law enforcement organs, which shall punish them in accordance with the relevant provisions.

Twenty-ninth of the flammable, explosive, toxic or radioactive substances piled up in residential areas, or the discharge of toxic and harmful substances, the management unit found, to immediately stop, and report to the public security department, the public security department will be punished according to law.

Thirtieth owners' congress is a mass self-discipline organization that represents and safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of all owners in the management area. (four) the county real estate administrative department is the management department of the owners' committee, which specifically coordinates and handles the problems within the owners' committee and with the property enterprises.

Thirty-first new residential areas in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Construction "Interim Measures" and "Interim Measures" of Huainan city property management bidding management, must implement the preliminary property management bidding; When hiring a new property company, the old community with an area of more than 20,000 square meters should also implement property management bidding.
