For this reason, Messer offers a range of gas purification systems that can be specialized to remove impurities down to 30ppb and lower. The concept of the purification systems is modular and user-friendly. They are universally used, fast and safe in laboratory and industrial designs. Various cartridge sizes and gas flows are available for decontamination solutions, ranging from ml/min to even 100 m3/hr. The size of the purification system for relocation processes involving chemical adsorption or physical adsorption depends on the parameters of the application.
