Chemical composition:
Silicon dioxide: 40-60%; AL2O3 15-25%; fe2o 3:3-7%；
CaO+MgO:25-30%； Na2O+K2O:3-6%。
Function: Basalt fiber cloth has high strength, permanent flame retardancy, short-term temperature resistance above 1000℃, and can be used for a long time at 760℃. It is an ideal material to replace asbestos and glass fiber cloth. Basalt fiber cloth has high breaking strength, high temperature resistance and permanent flame retardancy. It is a low-cost substitute for high-performance fibers and advanced fibers such as Nomex (aramid fiber 13 13), Kevlar (aramid fiber 14 14), Zylon(PBO fiber) and carbon fiber. Xuanwu fiber cloth can be dyed and printed by chemical printing and dyeing. After functional finishing, such as organic fluorine finishing, it can be made into oil-proof and waterproof permanent flame retardant cloth. Clothing made of basalt fiber cloth includes: fireman's fire protection clothing, heat insulation clothing, fire protection clothing, forehearth protection clothing, electric welding work clothes, and flame retardant clothing for military armored vehicle occupants.
