What does a psychotherapist have to specialize in

Graduated in Applied Psychology from medical school, just took the Health Council's psychotherapist exam this year, and the HSSC's counselor exam when I was in undergrad.

If you want to become a psychotherapist, I would suggest that you are taking clinical medicine/ or psychiatry, which will be much easier because you will have something that other psych majors coming out of the field don't have: the right to prescribe.

The next best thing would be to major in psychology in medical school, since you can take the psychotherapist exam, while teacher training or general psychology is still not allowed to apply for the exam at this time, since this is a health technology qualification exam, and the Health Commission reviews your qualifications.

You are only in your third year of high school, I do not know how much you know about psychological counseling, I understand that young people in order to dream and strive for that kind of vitality and impulse, you can take a look at more professional books in this area, to understand the direction of the various aspects of psychology, perhaps will find a different world.
