Project Introduction: Datang Guiguan Heshan Power Generation Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Heshan Power Generation Company), formerly known as Guangxi Heshan Power Generation Company, is located in Heshan City in the center of Guangxi Province, 180 km from Nanning City in the south, 100 km from Liuzhou City in the north, and 50 km from Laibin City in the east, a newly emerging prefecture-level city in the plant area. Heshan Railway Station is 57 kilometers away from Laibin Railway Station, and National Highway G322 from Nanning to Liuzhou is 3 kilometers away from the plant. unit #1 and unit #2 were put into operation in December 2004 and March 2005 respectively. The #1 boiler of Datang Guiguan Heshan Power Generation Co., Ltd. is a natural circulation boiler with sub-critical parameters designed and manufactured by Dongfang Boiler Factory. The boiler model is DG1004/18.5-Ⅱ, which is a natural circulation pulverized coal boiler with sub-critical, intermediate reheat, single shaft, three cylinders, double exhaust steam 330MW condensing steam turbine. The boiler is a natural circulation boiler with sub-critical pressure, primary intermediate reheat, single hearth, burners arranged at the corners of the hearth (the pulverizers are arranged in five layers, one of which is an oil-less ignition burner), cut-circle combustion, double flue structure at the tail, baffle plate to adjust the temperature of the reheat steam, solid slag discharge, full steel frame suspension structure, balanced ventilation, semi-open-air island-type arrangement. The main oil gun of the ignition system is a micro-explosive atomized oil gun. In order to effectively reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides, the bidder decides to carry out low-NOx combustion modification for the burner of #1 boiler of Datang Guiguan Heshan Power Generation Co. under the premise of guaranteeing the safe, economic and environmentally friendly operation of the boiler. This tender is for the low-NOx combustion technology transformation project supporting the denitrification transformation of Heshan Power Generation Company's #1 unit, which requires that the transformed burner can meet the requirements of the unit's increased denitrification device. After the renovation, the NOx concentration of the economizer outlet under 40%-100% BMCR condition is not more than 400mg/Nm3, the boiler efficiency is not less than 91.30%, the boiler output remains unchanged (i.e. 1004 t/h), the temperature of the superheated steam and reheated steam reaches the original design value (i.e. 543°C and 543°C), the amount of superheated steam desuperheated water is within the controllable range, and the boiler operation must be safe, economical and feasible. Must have safety, economy and operability, the combustion system can expand the adaptability of coal, prevent slagging and high temperature flue gas corrosion, and can ensure that the boiler nitrogen oxides emissions in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents and the effect of cold start-up furnace oil saving. In the transformation process, the bidder should maximize the use of existing combustion system equipment. Second, the scope of the tender: the scope of this project bidding for Datang Guiguan Heshan Power Generation Co., Ltd. # 1 boiler burner renovation of all engineering design plans, equipment and material procurement, manufacturing, supply, transportation (to the site site), installation, system commissioning, testing and inspection, test run, elimination of defects, training and eventual delivery of commissioning, and the results of the renovation project is fully responsible, and so on. The retrofit construction is the responsibility of the bidder, and the performance assessment will be carried out by a third party recognized by both parties. The specific work content is subject to the final record of the bidding documents.
